I believe in working together with patients and families to address psychiatric needs. It is my goal to help people utilize and navigate appropriate channels to address their challenges and improve their quality of life.
I am a Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist. I received my Medical Doctorate from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I completed my Adult Psychiatry training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL and my Child/Adolescent Fellowship Training at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Services include diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. Clinical issues include anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar, mood disorders, ASD, OCD, psychosis, PTSD, personality disorders, adjustment disorders.
New Evaluation (up to 90 minutes): $600 – A deposit of $250 is required at the time of scheduling.
Medication management/follow up visits: (this includes time spent that day coordinating care and reviewing records)

Itemized receipt of payment and services provided are available for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement for out of network services.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept most credit cards, debit and HSA cards, and ACH. We will keep a credit card number on file for your convenience.

The office is open Monday through Friday to schedule appointments at 206 524 5656.
For new and established patient appointments, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice OR you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full cancellation fee. You will need to pay the cancellation fee before any future appointments will be made. Established patients may be discharged from the clinic with more than 3 no shows or late cancels.

How do I make an appointment?
Please call our office directly, 206 524 5656. We will schedule you for a short intake with one of the office staff. The intake helps to determine if Dr. Sastry is the best fit for your needs.
Are you taking new patients?
If we are closed for new patients we will keep your information on a wait list. We occasionally have cancellations and will fill the new appointment slots from the wait list.
What type of patients does Dr. Sastry see?
Dr. Sastry’s specialty is in Child and Adolescent psychiatry. She is not seeing new adult patients at this time. She also does not treat substance use disorders.
Do you see patients via telemedicine?
Yes. Dr. Sastry uses a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform to see patients on video for virtual visits. Click here for telemedicine.

How do I pay my bill?
We ask that you keep a credit card authorized for billing purposes on file with our office through Hint. You can sign up for this service here.
